The staff of GETINSAis made up of more than 250 professionals, 40 % are graduates (engineers, lawyers, biologists, geologists, economists, chemists, etc) and 15 % have intermediate titles (mainly technical engineers).

The workers are the main capital of the company, therefore, there are permanent, external and internal training programmes in order to remain in the vanguard of engineering.

A substantial part of the professionals of GETINSA have wide experience in the fields of civil engineering as, in recent years, they have participated in important infrastructure projects in Spain (Highways and Motorways, High speed railway lines, Emergency plans for dams, etc).
